June 2013
Guy’s: show some class.
Ladies: don’t answer your phone in the middle of the night then bitch about it later.
*100% vegetarian again. No more “special days” no more meat, not even fish.
* Eating tons of fruits and vegetables. Eating more healthier alternatives. I have my hard days but it’s easier when I’m around people who eat bad foods, it grosses me out now.
*Wearing my hair natural and not adding heat for the rest of this year and so on. I feel great, my natural curls are growing, I feel more like myself. Appreciating my real hair with no chemicals, no perms, no heat. Just water and natural products like olive oil, shea butter, etc.
* Studying and researching the benefits of juicing. No I am not going on a detox and no I am not just fasting. I want to add it to my health regimen. I love eating and I will always love eating. BUT I want to eat right.
*Starting my own business … .baby steps ;)
* Green: flowrs, plants, gardening, nature and all natural things
I like to think of natural hair as a plant. My best hair advice is to treat it as such. Water it, give it nutrients, care for it, and nurture it.
